Bookings

Courses are offered subject to availability. Your place is confirmed upon payment receipt. We may require a minimum number of participants.

For course cancellations 7+ days before the start date, we offer a full refund. Under 7 days, we offer credit transfers where possible.

Please disclose injuries or access needs. Follow instructor safety guidance. We may refuse participation if safety is at risk.

Be respectful to instructors and peers. Harassment or discrimination is not tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect loss. This does not limit rights you may have under UK law.
